Ami rom file doesnt exist11/4/2022 ![]() ![]()
Nothing in the BIOS or flashing tools appears to look for a security check or signature etc. Gigabyte rarely if ever implements security check or signatures etc. DOC BIOS is for RAID enabled board (Launched by RAID.Bat) BOC BIOS is for non-RAID setup board (Launched by P.Bat) It was possibly flashed, but the changes you made may not be what you think, or don't work that way for this BIOS etc. #Ami rom file doesnt exist how to#I hope I can figure out how to flash the ROMs using an SPI programmer. maybe they have to be flashed to different memory regions? I don't know. I assume this is because there are two ROM files. Well, I figured out how to bypass that with afuwin圆4.exe, but ended up bricking the notebook for now. I guess you can only flash ROMs that are signed. There seems to be some sort of security check. So it seems to me like the ROM has been modified, but maybe wasn't actually flashed OR maybe changing the "Hidden Function" from "Default" to "USER" doesn't actually enable these features as other people have said it would.Įdit: It indeed didn't get flashed. \P35V4BF.D0C but again no errors and the UEFI/BIOS setup looked the same.
